Block-8 is defined as 8 full hours, with no break and no guarantee of additional hours. If the session runs over 8 hours, overtime will be charged at the hourly book rate.

Hourly is defined as the hourly rate for a prearranged number of hours, or the rate for spontaneous usage of the facilities.

Client will be billed for all time booked, unless canceled or rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policies below.

Billing will commence from booked start time, unless session starts late due to a delay caused by SaviTech. 

For bookings of 2 DAYS OR LESS, notice of cancellation must be received by SaviTech 48 hours prior to scheduled start time.

For bookings of MORE THAN 2 DAYS, but LESS THAN 1 WEEK, notice must be received 1 week prior to scheduled start. For bookings of 1 WEEK OR MORE, 2 weeks notice is required.

If SaviTech does not receive notice in the required amount of time, the client will be billed 50% of all time booked minus the amount that can be rebooked.

A 50% upfront deposit is required before any work begins.

Recordings will NOT BE RELEASED until payment is received in full.

Payment can be made in cash OR certified check  

A $50 per month late fee will be charged for each 30 overdue period

A cost of $2 will be charged for each blank CD-R used

Studio fees start at  $60/hour which includes an engineer.  

Production rates, which include MIDI programming, start at $600 per song. 

A $25 data backup fee is charged for each session to ensure the safety of your project.

Top NY City musicians & vocalists are available for hire at a rate of $100/hour with a 2 hour minimum engagement.  

Note: Telephone support calls are billed in 15 minute increments based on a rate of $50/hour.  A PayPal account is required for telephone support services.
